Improvement on your current state of operation requires transformative change. Of all the Japanese words used for change, 変更 concerns the change or transformation from one situation to another, in which there's no return to the original state.

Why is it a lab?

Exploring new approaches through experimentation and testing is my favourite thing; but being in a lab doesn't always mean setting your marketing plan on fire, sometimes the lab can be used to test existing theories and approaches to make sure you're on the right track.
